Ruchti´s hotel and restaurant

Our hotel is family owned since 1908, that’s tradition in Allgäu. A hearty welcome for our guests, sitting together with friends and taking pleasure in one another’s company. The enjoyment of good food and wine. Our guests feel so at home because these traditions have been upheld at Ruchti’s for decades. That’s Allgäu hospitality.

The Hotel

All rooms have a shower / WC, telephone, TV and safe. Most rooms have balconies and offer a marvellous view of the Allgäu Alps, including Füssen’s local mountains, the Säuling (2047 m). After an eventful day what could be more relaxing than our Finnish sauna.

Ruchti hospitality

Our chef uses fresh produce from local suppliers to prepare delicious meals. A popular choice on the menu are our well renowned “Schnitzels”. The Alatsee or Mathilde dining rooms provide the appropriate surroundings for cosy dining or special celebrations.

Activities in the area

Whether mountains or valley, on foot or by bike, Bad Faulenbach’s nature reserve, which begins in front of our hotel, is just waiting to be explored.

The Middle and Upper lake and lake Alatsee invite you to take a swim. Bad Faulenbach is a paradise for walkers. Lots of cosy mountains huts, such as the “Salober Alm” near lake Alatsee provide a good reason to stop and take a break from your walk and enjoy the local food and drinks.

The surroundings provide an unaccountable variety of summer and winter sport activities for all sport fans.
